You never really realize how lucky you are have it until you see or read stories like the one I watched on CBS' 60 Minutes II. It touches on the problem that many unemployed people are having in the Mid-West. They are on emergency food assistance because they cannot afford to make ends meet.
It really put my life in prospective, and really made me realize how lucky I am to have what I have, and often times take for granted. These people are so poor that they have to mix whole milk with water in order to make it last until they can afford to buy another gallon. The next time you feel as you have nothing and you want more think about this story.
